Acreed waitlist privacy notice
This notice explains how Acreed Insights Limited handles the personal information you give us when you join our waitlist or download our resources. It applies to this sign-up only. A fuller privacy policy will govern the Acreed platform itself when it launches.
Who we are

What we collect
The information you choose to give us, which is your name and email address, and where you complete our checklist, the responses you enter.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your information to send you the resources, insights and product updates you asked for, and to tell you when Acreed is ready for early access. We do this on the basis of your consent, which you give when you sign up. You can withdraw it at any time, see your rights below.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to operate our email and sign-up, currently Resend, which stores and sends our emails on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Where your information is held
Some of our providers, including Resend, store data outside Nigeria. Where your information is transferred abroad we take steps to ensure it is protected to the standard required by the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you remain on our waitlist or subscriber list. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we remove it promptly, and in any case we review the list every twelve months to remove anyone who is no longer engaged.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also contact us at the address above.
