Who you can apply to
You apply to lenders who have invited you. They are listed on Funder Directory. A lender can invite you after finding you, or after meeting you anywhere else.
The steps
- Open Apply for Funding and pick the lenders to apply to.
- Say what you are asking for: how much, for how many months, what it is for, and whether a home, land or car is behind the loan. If one is, say what it is worth.
- Answer the lender’s own questions.
- Tick the three boxes: to share your certificate and details with the lenders you picked, to run the checks for this application, and that what you gave is accurate and complete.
- Submit. Follow it on My Applications.
How the lender reads the loan
Beside your score, the lender sees how this loan fits you: all your repayments, the new one included, as a share of your pay, and the loan against the value of the home, land or car behind it. It never changes your score. Each lender sets its own limits.
