Loan monitoring
After your loan is paid out, your funder follows its health through your bank feed, only with your consent. This is what you agree to and what you see.

Give your consent
When your funder records the loan, you are asked to agree to monitoring and choose a bank account to share. Nothing is read from your bank until you agree. Only the owner or an admin can give consent.
- Open Loan Monitoring.
- Under Monitoring accounts, choose the account to share with Use this account. To share more than one, use Share as another account or Link another account to share.
- Under Monitoring consent, press Grant consent.
Your funder decides whether to read one of the accounts you shared or all of them. That is their choice and their cost.
What your funder sees
While monitoring is on, your funder sees the activity on the accounts you share, your loan’s health and your repayment record. The connection is read-only: nobody can move money through it.
What you see
Your loan health shows a band, Healthy, Watch, At risk or Awaiting data, and what is affecting it. You also see how much you have repaid, your recent cash flow, your repayment schedule, the conditions of your loan (Met, Watch or Breach) and recent alerts.
Sometimes we cannot tell what a payment into your account was. Help us read your statement asks you. Answer A sale, My own money, A loan, A refund or Something else, so it is counted correctly.
Pause or stop sharing
Pause monitoring stops new bank activity being shared. What was shared before stays with your funder, and the last reading stays on your page. Resume monitoring starts it again. Your funder is told either way. Stop sharing removes an extra account you shared.
