Renew your certificate

Renew before your certificate expires to keep it current. Renewing after it expires runs every check again.

Last updated

Start a renewal

  1. Open Get Verified. It shows when your certificate renews.
  2. Press Update details & re-verify, then Yes, re-verify.
  3. Tick the consent box and press Begin verification. If a fee applies, you see it and pay it before any check runs.

Before it expires

Only the checks whose details changed run again, plus a new selfie and ID, a fresh bank statement and a new proof of address. Each co-director verifies again too.

Before anything changes, press See what my new score would be. You see your current certificate beside the new result, with what went up and what went down. Press Replace my certificate to accept it, or Go back and fix something. Your certificate keeps its number and link.

After it expires

Open Get Verified. It says when your certificate expired. Tick the consent box and press Begin verification. Every check runs again, so have everything ready. Your new score is shown as a fresh result.
