One subscription covers your organisation. Monitoring runs on prepaid credits that each bank read uses up.

The subscription
Billing & credits is for administrators. The funder subscription is a flat monthly fee plus a fee for each manager seat. The page shows both figures and the total each month, and you subscribe there with Paystack.
Monitoring credits
One credit is one naira. Each time a business’s bank is read, credits are used: one price to read a single account, or a flat price to read all the accounts a business shared. The live prices are on each loan’s Cash flow tab. Press Buy credits to top up.
- Runway is how many weeks your balance lasts at your current use. You are warned when it runs low.
- Credits by person shows whose loans used what, and Recent credit activity lists each use.
- If credits run out, bank reads stop and monitoring pauses. It starts again as soon as you top up.
