What a certificate means

Acreed issues a certificate only to businesses in the Strong and Established bands. It shows the score, band and confidence, when it was issued and until when it is valid. The score on it does not change while it is valid. A business that renews runs the checks again.

Check one

  • Scan the QR code on the certificate, or open its link. The public page says Certificate verified, expired or no longer valid.
  • Or, in the app, open Certificates, type the certificate number (it starts with ACR-) or paste its link into the box at the top, and press Verify.

Certificates in your book

The Certificates page lists the certificates of businesses in your book, with their status (Valid, Expiring or Expired). Filter and sort them, and Export CSV to download exactly the rows you are looking at.
