Your team, roles and books

Add colleagues with the right role. Each portfolio manager works their own book, and administrators see the whole of it.

The three roles

Administrator
Everything: the whole book, the team, verification, billing and settings.
Portfolio manager
Their own book: the businesses they invite, review and monitor, plus criteria forms and loan imports.
Viewer
Reads everything across the book. Cannot act, message or invite.

Books and owners

A manager’s book holds the businesses they invited, the applications those sent, the loans funded from them or imported by them, and their conversations. On the whole-book pages, an Owner column says whose book each row is in. An administrator can move an application or a loan to a colleague from those pages.

Add people

  1. Open Team and press Add people.
  2. For One person, enter their email and role, then press Send invitation.
  3. For Many at once, upload a CSV or Excel file with the columns name (optional), email and role, up to 500 lines. Every line is checked and shown back to you, and only the lines you confirm are sent.

Each invitation link works for seven days. Invitations waiting lets you Resend or Cancel one.

Seats

Every portfolio manager needs a paid seat. Administrators and viewers never do. A new manager gets a seat automatically. A manager without one can sign in but sees You are in, but not set up yet until an administrator switches their seat on.

When someone leaves

  • Deactivate stops someone signing in, and keeps them on the list. Choose whether their book stays with them or moves to a colleague. Reactivate brings them back.
  • Remove takes them off the team. You choose who gets their book, so nothing is left without an owner.
  • If someone deletes their own account, their book passes to an administrator.

An organisation always keeps at least one administrator.

Still need help?

Ask a person.

Send us a message and someone from the team replies by email, usually within one business day. If you are signed in, the assistant in the app can also answer questions about your own account.
