The Funded Portfolio
Each loan is a card showing the business, its band, the loan amount, how much is repaid, open alerts, the next payment due, and when the bank was last read. Filter by Healthy, Watch, At risk or Flagged, and sort by Highest risk first, Largest facility or Most recent.
- Healthy
- Green. Nothing needs your attention.
- Watch
- Amber. Something is drifting. Worth a look.
- At risk
- Red. Needs attention now.
- Awaiting data
- Monitoring has not read enough from the bank to judge yet.
A loan still waiting for the business shows Invite pending (they have not claimed their invitation) or Awaiting their consent (they have an account but have not agreed to monitoring). Resend invite or Ask again nudges them.
One loan’s page
Open loan (or Review alert on a red card) shows three tabs: Health, Cash flow and Repayments. Across the top are what is outstanding, the on-time repayment rate, the live debt cover and the next payment. From here you can record a payment, message the business, flag the loan for review or close monitoring.
How the health colour is worked out
The colour comes from several weighted factors, including covenants, the cash-flow trend, repayments, the cash reserve and how steady revenue is. What’s driving the band shows each factor and its part in the result. A factor with no data yet is left out, and the others share its weight, so a new loan is not marked down for what has not happened.
Who sees which loans
A portfolio manager sees the loans in their own book. Administrators and viewers see every loan. Changing covenants, the reading scope, how often the bank is read, payments and closing a loan all need review access, which viewers do not have.
